These terms are a contract between you and Cleaner Clock Ltd ("Cleaner Clock", "we"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17397388) with its registered office at 225 Clapham Road, London, SW9 9BE, United Kingdom. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.
Cleaner Clock is a subscription app for self-employed cleaning professionals: time tracking, before/after photos, GPS check-in, scheduling, earnings overview and PDF reports. It is a record-keeping tool — you remain responsible for your own business, pricing, invoicing and taxes.
Photos, client records and reports you create belong to you. You grant us permission to store and process them solely to run the service. You are responsible for what you record — including having any permission needed to photograph clients' properties — and for how you share your reports.
The Cleaner Clock name, logo, app, site and all related intellectual property belong to Cleaner Clock Ltd. "Cleaner Clock" is a trade mark of Cleaner Clock Ltd (UK application no. UK00004434430).
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features, and may discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice, in which case any prepaid unused period will be refunded pro-rata.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process and your rights. Daily backups are taken; deleted items are recoverable for 30 days. Export of your data is available on request.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for loss of profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Cleaner Clock records are an aid — they do not constitute legal, tax or employment advice.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. On termination, clauses that by nature should survive (property, liability, data) survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (consumers keep any mandatory protections of their country of residence). If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain in force. Contact: hello@cleanerclock.com.
