Delete your Cleaner Clock account and data
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data from Cleaner Clock (published by Cleaner Clock Ltd).
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hello@cleanerclock.com with the subject "Delete my account".
- Send it from the email address registered to your Cleaner Clock account (so we can verify it's you).
- We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, phone, profile photo, bank details you entered)
- Your clients and property records
- All your cleanings, before/after photos and generated reports
What is kept, and for how long
- Deleted items first go to a recovery area for up to 30 days (in case of accidental requests), then are permanently removed.
- Subscription payment records are kept for 6 years, as required by UK tax law. These are held by our payment provider (Stripe) and contain no app content.
